  20.      border background        is the  border background color  for an  ANSI
  21.                               color menu.

  23.      border foreground        is the border  foreground color  for an  ANSI
  24.                               color menu.

  26.      background               is  the background  color for  an ANSI  color
  27.                               menu.

  29.      foreground               is the  foreground color  for  an ANSI  color

  32.      description              is one or more descriptions of the bulletins.
  33.                               These  should   be  in  the  order   of  your
  34.                               bulletins.      For   example,    the   first
  35.                               description   should   be  for   BULLET1.RIP,
  36.                               BULLET1.ANS,  and   BULLET1.BBS,  the  second
  37.                               description   should   be  for   BULLET2.RIP,
  38.                               BULLET2.ANS and BULLET2.BBS, etc.

  40.      security level           is the caller's minimum  security level to be
  41.                               able  to  view the  bulletin.    In order  to
  42.                               provide compatibility  with previous versions
  43.                               of TriBBS, this is an optional value.
